He lives in the Kalos region with his family who own a store where they sell clothes and little nick nacks for trainers
He received his Sylveon as an Eevee from a special ranch that deals with Eevee and their eeveelutions. Of which Amber's aunt owns. So once Amber got to the Kalos region he hooked her up with a whole new outfit
And offers to show her around as thanks UuU
